Text: This is the last will and testament of me Isaac Harris of the Parish of Publow in the County of Somerset, Tanner, being of sound and disposing minds, memory and understanding.
First I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it and my body I commit to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named. I give and bequeath to my wife Sarah Harris the rent of the house I now live in with the Tanyards, outhouses, Garden and Appurtenances thereto belonging under a life hold lease and that the rent and profits of the said Premises be paid to my said wife Sarah Harris as it becomes due, for her life. And after her decease, I give the aforesaid Premises to my six children, Sophia Bennet Harris, Isaac, Sarah, Ezekiel, Ishmael and Cleopas Harrisshare and share alike, they paying the Insurance between them.
I also give and bequeath to my said wife Sarah Harris, all and singular my household goods, linen, furniture, and utensils whatsoever in and belonging to my dwelling house, at my decease for her natural life. And after her decease I give the same to my six children as afore mentioned, to Sophia Bennet Harris, Isaac, Sarah, Ezekiel, Ishmael and Cleopas Harris, share and share alike.
I give and bequeath to my eldest Daughter Sophia Bennet Harris my silver Tankard. Also I give my Daughter Sarah Harris my silver pint. And I give to my grand-daughter Sarah Ann Harris one silver table spoon and to my grandson Cleopas Harris one silver table spoon. And I give to my son Cleopas Harris my Silver Watch. And I do hereby make, ordain, nominate, constitute and appoint my son Ezekiel Harris Executor of this my last Will and Testament and to pay my Funeral expenses. Hereby revoking all former and other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made. In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and Subscribed my hand and Seal, the 3rd Day of March In the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty.
and declared by the said Testator Isaac Harris as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

In the goods of Isaac Harris, deceased, in the Consistorial Episcopal Court of Wells, November 18th 1830
APPEARED personally Ezekiel Harris of the Parish of Publow in the County of Somerset, Tanner, the sole Executor named in the last Will and Testament of the said Isaac Harris, late of the Parish of Publow aforesaid, Tanner, who died on the 23rd day of May 1830 and made Oath and said that the Personal Estate and Effects of the said Deceased, and or in respect of which a Probate of the said Will is granted by the said Court, exclusive of what the Deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee for any other Person or Persons, and not beneficially, but including the Leasehold Estate or Estates for years of the said Deceased whether absolute or determinable on a Life or Lives and without deducting any thing on account of the Debts due and owing from the Deceased, are under the value of Three Hundred Pounds to the best of this Deponent's knowledge, information and belief.
