NOTE: This picture hangs on the wall in the Sportsmans Pub in Mottram Road, Hyde, Cheshire on the adjacent corner to where the Star Inn stood. Alline Redfern lived with her parents and brothers at the Star Inn from 1878 to 1902 - her father, Alfred Redfern was the licensee.
