Text: In the matter of the Estate of Susan Issard deceased Between Thomas Edward Issard Plaintiff, Cornelius Morgan, James Hazael (sued as James Hazell) Brown, George William (sued as George Edward) Brown and Elizabeth Mary Brown (an Infant under the age of 21 years) by the said James Hazeal Brown her Guardian ad litem Defendents Upon the application by originating summons of Thomas Edward Issard of the Crown Brewery Newtown in the County of Montgomeryshire and upon hearing Counsel for the Applicant and for the Defendants other than Cornelius Morgan and the Solicitor for the Defendant Cornelius Morgan and upon reading limited Probate of the Will of Susan Issard granted on the 24th November 1870 to John Breeze and Cornelius Morgan an affadavit of Thomas Edward Issard filed the 23rd June 1889 and the defendants James Hazael and George William Brown by their Counsel consenting It is Ordered that it be referred to the Taxing Master in case the parties differ to tax between solicitor and client the Plaintiffs and Defendants costs of this Application including in the costs of the said Defendant Cornelius Morgan any costs and relating to this application And it is Ordered that the Defendant Cornelius Morgan, the Trustee of the Will of Susan Issard be at liberty out of the shares of the said Defendants James Hazael Brown and George William Brown of the ¹294, 10s, 0d representing the one fifth share of the sum of ¹1,500 bequeathed by the Will of Susan Issard for the benefit of Mary Ann Brown for her life and after her death for her children and of all accumulation of interest thereon to retain and pay the said costs and to pay the residue thereof to the Plaintiff for the past maintenance and education of the said Defendants. And it is Ordered that the share of the Infant Edith Mary Brown be held by the said Trustee until further Orders with liberty to apply when she attains the age of 21 years.
